When will there be new stock? : The shop is restocked every 4-6 weeks. This usually takes place near to the end of the current month. The best way to stay up to date with shop restock is to follow my Instagram account ‘KCHossack_Pottery’ within 2-3 days of the restock I announce in my stories and on my feed about the restock. I also put a timer on my stories that you can sign up to for, this will remind you when the update has loaded.

How to receive updates on a specific item?: Please go to the particular item in my shop, choose the colour or quantity that you wish to purchase, click on it. A pop up will appear asking you to sign up for updates on that particular item. This does not sign you up to my email list. When I restock the item I prompt the website to send out emails stating that the item is back in stock. You will receive an email within a couple of minutes. At busy times it is best to respond as soon as possible before the item sells out.

May I order items that are not in stock?: You may order items in most of my style and colour as a ‘Special Order’. If you are happy to wait for an order to be fitted into my production line. This can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks depending on my current workload. Please email me on ‘kchossackpottery@gmail.com’ with as much information as you can about your request. Style, colour, quantities. Please also include your name, address and contact phone number in your email. When your order has been accepted I will send an Invoice with a request for a deposit. This deposit is in proportion to the total cost of the order. The deposit is non refundable. Once the deposit has been paid, your order will be added to my worksheets.

Why do I lose items from my shopping basket at the final checkout?: When a restock is announced there tend to be many other people shopping for the same items.You may not be the only one with that particular item in your basket. When Another buyer goes to checkout before you, they get priority to purchase the item. The item is then removed from your basket. Please note, the quickest way to get through Checkout is with Applepay.

If I purchase multiple items in separate checkouts will you combine my postage?: It is possible to have some of your postage refunded. I pay charges on your purchase even when I refund money to the you, the buyer. In order not to lose too large a percentage of these charges I reserve the right to refund portions of postage from separate purchases.

May I collect my purchase from the Work/Shop in SE1 9PH?: Collections can be arranged by emailing me on kchossackpottery@gmail.com. You are also welcome to come along and shop from my ‘stock’ on shelf, including samples and seconds.

When is the next Studio Sample Sale? : I try to hold Sample Sales at least once a year.I will announce the next sale on my Instagram stories and feed. ‘KCHossack_Pottery’. Please follow me for updates.

How to place orders for commissioned works such as Dinner Sets and Pedestal Bowls: Pedestal Bowls are usually made to order. They are one of a kind pieces and can be made in a variety of colours. There are 4 different edges that I can make the bowls in and the heights can vary somewhat. Dinner sets can be ordered in accordance with the bowls and plates that I offer in my Tableware range. Please contact me for a catalogue and colour samples . email: kchossackpottey@gmail.com The completion time for pedestal bowls and dinner sets can be anywhere from 3-16 weeks. When your order has been accepted I will send an Invoice with a request for a deposit. This deposit is in proportion to the total cost of the order. The deposit is non refundable. Do you ship outside of the UK?: It is possible to arrange shipping to countries outside of the UK. Please email me with your request including which items you are interested in purchasing and your name and address. Shipping ceramics is a delicate operation. It is not possible to insure the goods for damages or loss. I usually send items with UPS or DHL. They are not cheap but they are reasonably quick and include tracking.
